| How to Identify - whether changes can be done through THEMIS Step 1. Select sub-category from the drop-down Step 2. Select City Step 3. Use hub maps to identify the exact hub Step 4. Select the desired hub | ||||||||||||
| Partner Not Tagged to any hub | If the partner is not tagged with any hub, we will fill out the Form keep the ticket pending for 48 hours. If we do not receive any Response Sheet from the CM within 48 hours, we can proceed with making the changes in the partner's favor. | |||||||||||
| If Partner have Distance Issue | If difference between partner's residence and his hub is more than 15 Kms than we will fill out this Form keep a ticket pending for 48 hours until we receive a revert on Response Sheet | |||||||||||

| Partner Wants To Add Multiple Hubs | We will inform the partner that multiple hubs cannot be tagged to their profile; only one hub can be tagged at a time. | |||||||||||
| Partner Hub Got Changed Without Any Communication | If a partner's hub is changed without any update to them, we will fill out the form and keep the ticket pending until it is reverted. Keep the ticket parked for 48 hours. | |||||||||||
