Payout Not received
If any partners have mentioned a FINO bank account from Mumbai, inform them that payments are getting bounced against it and request that you please change your bank account.

| 2. Associate to ask the partner to wait till the next payout, finance team will retry sending payout in next payout cycle(T,T,S) | |
| 3. If the payout did not reflect in the partner's bank account, ask the Partner to share the bank statement and park a ticket pending accordingly for the partner to confirm. | |
| Delayed Payout - Bank details issue | 1.If the reason for the delay is "Beneficiary details are false " and "Banking details not approved on sherlock", |
| -Kindly ask Partner to Reenter Bank Details By Visiting, Menu >>Pan , Bank, GST, Once Bank Details are Entered and the Status is Approved then in the Next Payout Partner should receive their Payout | |
| 2. If the reason of delay is 'Bene ID not found' , 'Bank X Merged with Bank Y', and 'Payment has been Bounced', | |
| -Associate to ask Partner to enter any other Bank details in the APP, Once Bank Details are Entered and the Status is Approved then in the next payout, partner should receive the payout. | |

| Same Day Payout Enquiry | If Partner calls on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday for Payout then Associate should ask Partner to wait till next day 3 PM for the payout to get deposited. Please keep ticket pending until partner receives payout.
