What is Fleecing Block?

Ans- It means that he has added unnecessary parts or made a fake invoice.
For example, only water leakage worth 599/- was required but pro has made an invoice for gas charging as well i.e. 3000/-.
Anytime the pro is charging or doing extra work from required work it is considered fleecing.

How to check on which level is the partner on? 

Ans- Open the below-mentioned sheet and check for the pro-id in tabs 1st warning, 2nd warning and 3rd warning.

How will the partner get unblocked?

Ans- Usually the TAT of block is 5 to 7 working days. It will get unblocked in next 7 days maximum. However if the partner still is not aware of the reason why is the profile blocked then share the pro- id to @sanyanayyar@urbancompany.com and she will then arrange a call back for the partner.
