Leave Request

Ask the partner to mark leave from the application only. 
Partner has to mark a calendar before 12:00 am.

If partner wants a maternity leave please follow the below mention step : 

agent will ask the partner to share the photo following the steps below:  

Help>>Profile>> App Issue>> upload media related to issues>>Select images>>upload image>> type issue >> submit

Agent will validate the documents and raise it to city CM loop (CC) Himanshu Handa in the thread. 

Keep a ticket pending for 24 hour if no revert from CM side than directly reach out to Himanshu Handa if he is not available in office please call him from your TL number and explain the issue. 

We will not close a ticket until partner profile is temp block under the reason "long_term_leave".

Unable to mark leave:

There is a new update around calendar marking where Partner will not be allowed to mark last minute leave/working  for any slot ,

Partner will be able to mark working/leave (for any slot ) only before 4 hours. 

Eg. If Partner has marked leave/working for 12 PM slot then Partner will be allowed to this change calendar for 12 PM before 8 AM only , after 8 AM Partner will not be able to mark leave/working  for 12 PM slot.

New handling - In case of temp blocking on partner

1. Calendar will consume the system temp-block event and create a leave event. For example - the  calendar for this provider    for 9th and 10th November was marked as leave with the “action_temp_block” from 9th Nov, 11:24 AM (when pro was blocked) till 10th Nov, 11:33AM (when pro was unblocked) - temp block  logs

2. The above-mentioned handling is not valid for manual temp blocks done by category teams

Important call-outs

• This will start affecting their working/leave hour metrics on the app - attribution visibility for this on the partner app is not handled neatly, we are still in the process of making this more transparent to partners directly - meanwhile we can use this  query  for reference if a partner reaches out for clarification.

• We will not be able to delete this event from the partner calendar.

• If there is a job overlap on the temp-block event, the job will take the higher priority and those hours will be considered as working and not leave.
