- Partners are blocked under this tag when their rating goes below the set threshold (4.7).

Thresholds: 

Rating Below Threshold - Level Actioning 

Levels: L1: Warning (partner rating is above threshold) - 20 jobs leverage 
 
L2 (partner falls below a threshold): Temp block + send contextual digital training basis customer responses on QA/QC. Unblock when pro passes the test and completes all videos 
 
L3: Temp block+ Trainer RT1 - Partners have to book themselves from the application by selecting the slots for RT from their application, once the partner passes the RT account will be unblocked. 
 
L4: Temp block + Trainer RT2.  Partners have to book themselves from the application by selecting the slots for RT from their application, once the partner passes the RT account will be unblocked. 
 
L5: Permanent block Notes: 
 
1. All the levels will be explained to the partner on the rating screen along with their current status 
2. The next level of the action happens when L100 and L20 ratings both fall below the threshold 
 3. Cool off period on every level= 20 rated jobs after unblocking (next level of activity doesn't happen within cool-off)
