Ans : Minimum earning guarantee program promises minimum take home earnings to our partners under SOM contract.  

2 Question : How to check minimum earning through dashboard ?   

Ans : Log > Minimum Earnings 

3 Question : How to check partner performance in minimum earning?  

Ans : Log > Minimum Earnings < targets

4 Question : How much amount will company refund if we fail to give you promise earnings?

Ans : 65% of the Expected value - Achieved value 
For example 32,500 - 26,430 = 6070 ( Partner will get a refund of 3,946 INR) 

Note: If expected value is achieve then partner will get anything.
