Job_Started_Ended

On every start/end job call, let's ensure we inform the partner about the new update. We will not allow the partner to start a new job if they have an old job that is more than 48 hours from BT. To avoid getting stuck, the partner needs to close all jobs within the 48-hour timeframe.
