PX Call back - SOP

Scenario : Partner raises the ticket and on calling, he states he is busy and concern is not shared -

A) He shares the callback time

1) We can place reminders for the given time

2) Call back to be done       

a. Pro answer the call – a resolution to be given and case to be closed

b. Pro does not answer the call - DNP to be followed


B) Odd time/peak slot where reminder cannot be placed

1) Would educate the partner that the call back at the given time would be difficult and would try calling you tomorrow.

2) Need to call the professional in 24 hours

a. Pro answer the call – a resolution to be given and case to be closed

b. Pro still wants call back as he/she is busy  – Close the case

Verbiage  :  Need to educate the partner : Aap apni suvidha anusar naye ticket bana sakte hai. Ticket banana pe koi bhi limit nahi hai, ticket bane ke 15-minute mai aap ko call aa jayegi, pending ticket pe call karne ka koi nirdharit samay nahi hota
