Getting lesser leads
Guide the partner to use self serve feature on the help center. (Help>Profile>Not getting leads)
Please guide the partner to check not getting leads/getting lesser leads app flow through which they will be able to check if there is any issue in the profile.

This feature will detect why the partner has not been getting leads. Ask partner to follow the steps on the screen.
We will request that the partner Follow the steps on the call for app flow.
In the Meantime please follow the below process:
Associate to check correct tagging by following the below-mentioned steps:
1. Check whether hubs/filters are tagged or not ( At least one hub/filter should be Tagged )
2. Calendar marking of the last 7 days to be checked through the ops dashboard (Calendar). After checking this, we should inform the partner about the leave slots due to which he/she didn't get a lead at that time, and due to this, the overall number of jobs sent to the partner will be less.
3. Check whether the Category is tagged or not ( At least one and correct category should be added )
4. Check if Partner is blocked or was blocked recently.
5. Use Themis to check the partner's performance metrics like % calendar marked working, Exclusive lead Acceptance rate, and Service delivery rate.
a) Select the Category, City, and the primary hub of the partner on Themis.
b) Check the status of the hub and Click on the hub name under the Core information Section.
c) Search for Partner ID (Ctrl F), Check Partners performance metrics like Util, Calendar marking%, Service Delivery%, Exclusive Lead Acceptance%, and Rating.
If All the above points (1,2,3,4 ) are correct then inform the Partner that he will be getting leads as Demand Increases.
6) Check MM Diagnostics of the Pro's Profile.

Note :
- If the category or filter is not tagged then fill out the form Master Form keep a ticket pending for 48 hours (Needs to be parked between 1 PM to 5 PM).
- If zero hub is tagged then check the previous hub and tag it back - Check hub name from Jarvis Query
