Not getting leads greater then 3 days
No leads 3 Days+ = If no lead sent to partner greater than 3 days. Also use this if partner is saying his friend is getting leads and he/she is not getting
For non super partners, please don't raise it anywhere even if they are not getting leads from 10 days.
Step 1 -
Guide the partner to use self serve feature on the help center. (Help>Profile>Not getting leads)
1. Help>>Profile>>Not getting jobs or getting fewer jobs>> Find problem
Once he clicks on Find problem, the app itself will auto-evaluate his profile configs and will let him know the problems he has in his profile(if found any).

From Query, we can check the below point.
On Slot - If partners slot is already booked with a lead
On Wave - Partner already got a lead
On Rating - Customers has earlier given less rating to partner
On Leave - Partner updated leave on calendar
On Job - Partner already have a job which is started
Smart Rule Filter - If Partner’s acceptance rate is less than 50% or If distance is > 4KM(Cleaning, salon & Appliances) & 8KM’s(AC & Washing Machine) away from Customer’s Area
Meta Tags - Filters of that specific requests are not tagged
Blank blue Space(No term) - System kept it for sorting(System can only send all the requests to the partners if leads created are > than pros available). This means leads create are actually less than the available number of partner’s
Pro Activity - If partner did not respond to last 3, 2 EL’s (Exclusive) or Partner did not update calendar since last 2 days.
No leads 15 Days+ = If no lead sent to partner greater than 15 days then we will raise the case to Kartik on slack
