All vacuums cleaners (Bosch/Karcher only) come with 1 year warranty.

 If a partner raise a ticket with issues in vacuum cleaner bought from UC then -

  1/ Confirm the purchase date of the vacuum from the Product Orders section on Ops Dashboard 

2/ If the vacuum is bought in less than 1 year, tell the partner that he/she will receive replacement machine once he/she submits this machine to the inventory POC. 

3/ Once confirmation of vacuum submission in office is received, Agent will raise it on slack to @Deepshikha Mukherjee & @Yatika AroraKeep a ticket pending for 48 hours (Needs to be parked between 1 PM to 5 PM). post that check response on slack if no revert post 24 hrs please loop in Sajan and Kartik.
