Scrubbing Machine SOP

Important Points to note:

- Scrubbing machine warranty is for 6 months from the date of purchase - in IK or from UC shop.

 - Partners need to have the UC's invoice to avail service at the authorized dealer. 

- Warranty only covers the machine against any manufacturing defects

. - Water damage is not covered under the warranty. -

Any willful damage will not be covered under the warranty.

 If a partner reaches to the PX team regarding any issue with the Scrubbing Machine under warranty then -

 1/ Guide the partner to visit the nearest service center/dealership of Uttam Power Tools (trade name Accurate) in their city - 2/ If machine repair/service is taking more time, partner can visit the city office and take a replacement machine from the buffer stock.  3/ If the partner’s problem is still not resolved by the service dealer, then escalate this case on uc-ie marking Aakash Kumethekar, Rohan Gupta and Aditi Mishra

 If a partner reaches to the city team regarding any issue with the Scrubbing Machine outside warranty then - 1/ Communicate the partner that his/her machine is outside warranty and he/she can visit the service network dealer to get the machine reparied/serviced for which he/she will be charged by the dealer
