Pre-paid marked cancel/RTO

1) In case of the prepaid order is marked as RTO, an automated refund is initiated immediately. We inform the partner and advise them to place a new order. 


2) In the case of manual orders then we fill the form and order will be placed by PPSC team.


TAT of delivery will be the same as Non-PPE, once the order gets placed by the PPSC team.(partner can also track the order from app once order gets placed)

It is very important to fill in all the details carefully in the form.
