We will ask the partner for the reason why they can't complete the work and guide them to end the job with the minimum amount. Then, we will fill out the lead value form or Response Sheet and keep the ticket pending for 24 hours. Form/Response Sheet
If the partner receives any payment from the customer, we will not refund the lead value to the partner. However, if the partner has received some payment but their loss is greater than 50%, we will refund the lead value to the partner. To check the partner's loss, we will use the Loss Calculator.
