30 Min Calling Window
Partners are allowed to call customer only when cx enable option from their app while creating booking. Once customer enable that option then partner can only call the customer prior 30 min of the BT (booking time).
- Note:
- From the below mentioned snip if customer select "avoid calling before reaching the location" then 30 min calling is allowed before BT.
- If customer has not selected this option then pro can call anytime to customer.
