PAF Cancellation - FHC/SKBC
For any case, where the partner contests saying that he is not at fault and the cancellation was completely from the customer's end, but the customer has marked the partner at fault for those cases.
We will ask the pro to contest the wrong cancellation through his app itself. Also this will help them with lesser ticket creation for such reason and he can contest it himself.

Help>>Profile>>Issues with Cancellations> Choose the concerned request and mention the reason of cancellation.
Important update : We need to check rich profile of the partner whether the actioning is live based on last 50 cancellations or monthly basis. Whatever information is mentioned in rich profile should be communicated to the partner.
Note: The PAF will be reactivated for the partners after 50 jobs, which means if pro has already responded 50 jobs and any PAF is being marked then new PAF policy will be reset from 51st job.
Once he follows the flow completely, his request is then captured.
Please wait for 2 hours for it to get reflected on your cancellation screen.
Note: If Partner Reaches us saying that he was told by trainer that his PAF will be removed and it has been more than 12 hours. Please raise it on slack and tag Shraddha Mishra, TAT park a ticket for 48 hours (Needs to be parked between 1 PM to 5 PM). Keep ticket until we get resolution on slack. If there is no revert after 24 hrs. Please tag Kartik Sharma
