Cancellation Fee
Please find the cancellation fee amount as per category.
If the customer cancels the booking under their reason and the booking is cancelled before BT of 3 hours (the booking time), the partner will get a cancellation fee in next payout.
For Explain - If booking time is 9 am and booking cancel at 9:12am then partner will get cancellation fee.

Cancellation script: Sir/Mam Humne apke hub ki range ko 7-8 Km kar diya hai jo ki phle 14-15 Km thhi. Abhi aapko traveling mei aur dusri booking mei jaany par jayda problem ni hogi. Cancellation fee amount isliye kum hua hai kunki abhi aapke travel charges bhi aapko jayda charges ni hongy aur aapko jayda dur travel krke ni jana hoga.
We are not charging Last minute cancellation fees to the customer for the below mentioned points:
FBCE - root request has NR (No Response) or NS (No Show). Then in such cases customer is not charged a cancellation fee
Rebooking pro not assigned - Such cases also customer is not charged a cancellation fee
Customer selects a PAF reason upon cancellation, here we do not charge a fee on customer
