Customer asked to cancel/Reschedulde

IF customer want to cancel the booking please follow the below step

1. Please ask the partner to request customer to cancel it from his/her end first.

2. If the customer is not doing it from his/her end then please ask the partner to do it directly from his end through the below-mentioned process.

Guide Pro - Partner App > Ongoing Job > Customer Request > Help > Select ' Customer asked to Cancel > Watch video <cancel job

Note: We need to call the customer and confirm about the cancellation. Agent also need to guide the process of cancellation to customer.

Refer to the partner app flow below SS:-

The customer will get an IVR call whether they confirm to cancel the booking or not. 

If customer selects Yes - Then No PaF

If customer selects No - Then paF added here if partner contest from app.
